As a Community Solutions Specialist at Victra, you will be the face of Verizon inside a portfolio of apartment communities (Multi-Dwelling Units). You will own the relationship with property managers and leasing teams, host on-site events for residents, and drive Verizon Home Internet, Mobile, and Perks adoption - building a book of business one community at a time.
This isn't a desk job. This isn't a one-and-done sale. It's a relationship-driven role where the happier your properties are, the more your commission grows.
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU WILL:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for your assigned portfolio
- Visit assigned MDU properties in person - leasing offices, lobbies, clubhouses
- Build trusted relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and HOA boards
- Prospect daily for new property partnerships - cold outreach to leasing offices, follow-ups on referrals, and warm intros from existing communities
- Build and deliver impactful partnership proposals to property managers and HOA boards - positioning Verizon Enhanced Communities as a leasing differentiator
- Host monthly resident events - move-in days, pool parties, lobby coffee mornings
- Sign up residents for Verizon Fios, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks at the point of move-in
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations - Fios, 5G Home, Mobile, and Perks - through exceptional customer service that delivers exactly what each resident needs
- Own resident issues end-to-end - billing, install escalations, service questions
- Position Verizon as a leasing differentiator that helps properties retain residents
- Track activity, pipeline, and penetration in CRM
- Stay informed on all current Verizon processes, promotions, incentives, and product launches so residents always get the best available offer
- Coordinate with internal Victra teams and Verizon Enhanced Communities partners
- Work collaboratively with Verizon's Enhanced Communities team to support joint initiatives, training, and go-to-market programs
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's a plus)
- 2+ years of sales, leasing, hospitality, or relationship-management experience
- Demonstrated track record of self-direction without daily supervision
- Resilience to rejection and patience for relationship-building cycles
- Comfortable hosting events and approaching strangers
- Valid driver's license, clean MVR, reliable transportation
- Ability to pass property background and badging requirements
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when residents are home
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in select markets, * Persistent - A "no" today is a "yes" three months from now
