Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Python/Django Developer with strong backend development expertise and exposure to AI-driven workflow automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, along with an understanding of modern AI tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.

This role requires a blend of strong engineering capabilities and user-centric workflow thinking to support enterprise modernization initiatives and AI-native automation programs., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Django/Python applications

  • Build and enhance backend APIs and integrations
  • Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and queries
  • Support AI-driven workflow automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user workflows and operational efficiency
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control?, * Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django Framework

  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL (Version 14+)
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
  • Understanding of GraphQL APIs for read/query operations
  • Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SCSS
  • Familiarity with NGINX, SSL certificates, and HTTPS configurations
  • Experience deploying applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Git/version control and Agile development methodologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, or agent-led automation
  • Exposure to workflow automation and legacy workflow modernization initiatives
  • Understanding of user journeys, workflow design, and CX-focused development
  • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM-based solutions into enterprise applications
