Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network AM & PM to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end network projects. This role combines business development, solution architecture, and project/account management within a fast-paced IT/network environment., 1. Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new client opportunities and network business initiatives Propose customized network solutions aligned with the latest technology trends Drive profitability through project P&L analysis and risk management

Solution Architecture & Quoting WAN: Lead cost estimation for leased lines and cloud connectivity; negotiate with telecom carriers Network Infrastructure: Design and quote network and security solutions (LAN/WAN, hardware, security) Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize pricing and procurement terms

Project & Account Management Manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, and reporting) Act as the primary point of contact during network incidents Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement improvement plans Maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reviews

Reporting & Operations Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis Support additional duties as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 10+ years of experience in IT/network industry Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, and network security infrastructure Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions Experience with technical proposals, client presentations, and negotiations Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Technical & Educational Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Bilingual (English / Korean) required
