Order Lifecycle & Workflow Management
- Support end-to-end order lifecycle: order capture ? validation ? provisioning ? activation ? service enablement
- Monitor workflows across CXP platforms and backend systems
- Track order status including inventory, pricing, compliance, and activation flows
- Ensure seamless order journey within defined SLAs
Monitoring & Production Support
- Monitor CXP systems and operational workflows
- Identify stuck orders, provisioning failures, and bottlenecks
- Configure automated alerts and monitoring dashboards
- Track system health and performance metrics
Provisioning & Activation
- Support provisioning workflows across DVS, DMD platforms
- Coordinate activation via Vision and Pass DB systems
- Handle order reflow and workflow recovery using Pega
Automation & Reporting
- Develop dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Pega
- Build automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze trends and recurring issues for improvement
Incident Management & Triaging
- Perform L1/L2 triaging for stuck or failed orders
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with engineering teams
- Manage escalations and support SLA-driven environments
Performance & Reliability
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and optimize performance
- Support system stability, redundancy, and reliability improvements
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with 10+ years of experience supporting customer-facing order management, monitoring, and provisioning ecosystems in large-scale B2B delivery environments.
This role focuses on end-to-end order lifecycle management, proactive monitoring, workflow automation, and production support across CXP (Customer Experience Platform) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in order flow integrity, triaging, and SLA-driven environments., * 10+ years in Systems Engineering / Production Support / Monitoring
- Strong experience in B2B order management and delivery systems
- Expertise in order lifecycle workflows (capture ? provisioning ? activation)
- Hands-on experience with CXP platforms (CJCM, OM, DBS, DMD, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle backend systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (Tableau, Looker, Pega)
- Strong experience in triaging, incident management, and SLA monitoring
- Experience working in high-volume production environments, * Telecom / enterprise hardware domain experience
- Familiarity with provisioning orchestration workflows
- ITIL-based production support experience
