Job description
Entry-level role supporting security operations across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments. Ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in security monitoring, investigation, and response. You will be mentored, trained, and work closely with an experienced team., * Monitor, investigate, and respond to alerts from XDR, SIEM, and endpoint security platforms
- Analyze activity across identity, endpoint, and cloud environments and escalate security incidents
- Support identity, access management, DLP, and email security
- Support endpoint management, including patching and vulnerability management
- Automate routine tasks and workflows
- Assist with audits, documentation, and reporting
- Track emerging threats and assess risk, exposure, and remediation
- Flexible and able to adjust to evolving operational demands
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vulnerability management?, * Understanding of security concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and foundational security operations including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, M365
- Strong sense of urgency with a proactive and self-directed mindset, with the ability to investigate unfamiliar issues, * Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Security certification (e.g., Security+, Network+, or equivalent)
- Experience with automation tools and workflow automation (e.g., Okta Workflows)
- Scripting ability (PowerShell)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshservice)
- Familiarity with diagramming or documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)
- Networking knowledge
