Job description
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Marketing Manager, OEM to support the commercialization and growth of Evident's OEM portfolio. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs that enable partner success, support long-cycle sales models, and strengthen Evident's position within OEM ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing fundamentals, experience supporting indirect or partner-led sales models, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization., + Application Marketing Execution: Develop and execute marketing programs that position Evident technologies within partner systems, clearly articulating application value and integration benefits.

Go-to-Market Enablement: Support go-to-market execution by translating product capabilities into clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement aligned to partner use cases.

Content Development: Lead development of application-focused marketing content including solution briefs, integration examples, technical overviews, visuals, and web content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, applications, sales, and regional teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect customer stories.

Campaign Execution: Execute targeted marketing programs focused on awareness, credibility, and opportunity support focused on solution selling and partnership.

Event & Partner Support: Support events, partner meetings, demonstrations, and joint marketing activities in collaboration with global and regional teams.

Content Management: Manage and maintain global marketing content in enablement systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance.

Market & Application Insights: Gather market, application, and competitive insights to refine messaging and prioritization.

Performance Tracking: Track marketing effectiveness using enablement adoption, engagement, and opportunity-support indicators, and optimize accordingly.
Requirements

Educational Background: University degree in natural sciences, medicine, business administration, or a related field.

Proven Experience: >5 years' experience in a leading marketing role, demonstrated success in product marketing and leading global campaigns, ideally with experience in B2B environments supporting technical products.

Commercial Acumen: Strong data-driven decision-making skills to assess campaign and channel performance, with a keen understanding of market trends.

Collaborative Skills: Excellent ability to work effectively across different stakeholder groups in an international team environment.

Communication Skills: Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
