Job description

  • Provide onsite desktop and user support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
  • Set up workstations, phones, and user accounts
  • Run network and camera cabling and support security systems
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for printer and equipment support
  • Travel occasionally to other company locations for project support
  • Document IT processes and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT?, * 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience

  • Hands-on experience with hardware, printers, and basic networking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Must be able to work onsite full-time in Portland, TN
