Job description
As an IT Project Manager - Integration Focus, you'll lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into HxSG's operational and technology ecosystem. From system migrations and ServiceTitan onboarding to enterprise system integrations and operational alignment and go-live coordination, you'll help ensure every integration is organized, scalable, and successful.
You'll work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, and acquired leadership teams to manage timelines, coordinate implementation activities, and support long-term operational adoption.
This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on company growth, scalability, and operational performance., * Lead post-acquisition operational and technology integrations across multiple business units
- Manage enterprise software onboarding, system migrations, and ServiceTitan implementation projects
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, stakeholders, risks, and implementation deliverables
- Support data migration, mapping validation, workflow configuration, and cutover planning
- Partner with Operations and Finance teams to align processes, reporting, and operational workflows
- Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and implementation partners to resolve issues and maintain project momentum during integrations
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), onboarding readiness, and post-launch stabilization support
- Track project adoption, operational impact, and continuous improvement opportunities, * Apply and answer a few quick screening questions (5 min)

Requirements
Do you have experience in monday.com?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4-7+ years of project management, implementation, or operational integration experience
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations, system migrations, or acquisition onboarding projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active integrations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan or field service management platforms strongly preferred
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating across departments and leadership teams
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
