The Recruiter & HRIS Records Specialist plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth and operational excellence by leading strategic talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity across HR systems. This position partners closely with Operations and HR leadership to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while maintaining accurate, compliant, and audit-ready employee records within SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central) and UKG Ready.
Serving as both a recruiting strategist and HRIS data steward, this role drives efficient hiring workflows, enhances system utilization, and upholds consistent recordkeeping practices that enable informed business decisions. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of HR technologies and talent processes to streamline the candidate-to-employee lifecycle, reduce process gaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leaders with reliable, real-time workforce insights., Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus - approx. 70%)
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles within manufacturing, maintenance, quality, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies including job boards, career fairs, community outreach, vocational schools, and social media.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and support selection decisions.
- Manage ATS workflows, job postings, applicant communication, and compliance with hiring documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with marketing or internal teams to enhance employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, turnover trends).
· Partner with Operations to strategically secure top talent for critical roles, ensuring continuity and organizational success.
Onboarding & New Employee Integration
- Facilitate onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure accurate and compliant completion of new-hire paperwork (I-9, E-Verify, background checks, etc.).
- Coordinate with operations, safety, and training teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 and beyond.
Recordkeeping & HRIS Management
- Drive data integrity across SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central) and UKG Ready by establishing and maintaining standardized recordkeeping practices that support organizational compliance and high-quality workforce analytics.
- Serve as a strategic HRIS partner to Operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data entry throughout the talent lifecycle, enabling informed decision-making and workforce planning.
- Optimize system workflows and data governance processes within SuccessFactors and UKG Ready to enhance recruiting efficiency, onboarding effectiveness, and organizational visibility into employee data.
- Leverage expertise in SuccessFactors modules to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to employee records, improving operational readiness and accelerating time-to-productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR and Operations leaders to continuously refine data accuracy, streamline processes, and drive system improvements aligned with business goals.
- Ensure recordkeeping practices meet internal audit standards and external compliance requirements, minimizing risk and supporting organizational readiness.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Full cycle recruiting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred experience with UKG Ready and Success Factors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities.
- HR Certification preferred.
