- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with software troubleshooting, including applications like Microsoft Office, operating systems such as Windows and macOS, and enterprise tools like SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy.
- Manage computer hardware assets, perform installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support computer networking tasks including LAN setup, TCP/IP configuration, DNS management, VPN access, firewall settings, and network administration.
- Help maintain IT infrastructure by assisting with Active Directory management, Group Policy Object (GPO) configurations, Windows Server environments, Linux systems, and network security protocols like Meraki and TCP.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues using analysis skills to identify root causes and implement solutions efficiently.
- Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira while maintaining clear communication with users throughout the process.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
