Job description

Jacksonville, Florida ( 5 days from office and shifts ranging from 12-8 or 1-9PM EST), Weekend and holiday shifts will be required on a rotating basis. Additionally, working from the office (clean room) is mandatory when handling client production environments.

Requirements

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Developer - TLM Cloud Support professional to provide production support for mission-critical systems, ensuring system reliability, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. This role requires strong experience with Oracle, SQL/PL/SQL, Unix, AWS, and incident/ticket management tools, along with a solid understanding of the Smart stream TLM product suite, ETL processes, and core investment banking concepts. The successful candidate will lead the resolution of complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy fixes and enhancements, and build automation to optimize support workflows while meeting SLAs. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, ownership of on-call responsibilities, and a working knowledge of the SDLC are essential to effectively liaise between support, development, and client-facing teams. Compensation ranges, Must haves:

  • Expertise in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and AWS(cloud).

  • Expertise in middleware (Wildfly, MQ), Kubernetes, Docker, Spring boot, and Airflow and RDBMS (Oracle)

  • Proficiency in shell scripting and programming (Python or Java preferred) and ability to write SQL queries.

  • Deep understanding of incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

  • High adaptability and eagerness to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
