Network / Systems Engineer IV

We are seeking a highly experienced Network / Systems Engineer IV responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise communication networks.

This senior-level role provides technical consultation, develops infrastructure standards, and ensures secure, scalable, and highly available network environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in voice/data networks, wireless services, and network security technologies., Network Architecture & Design

• Design and implement enterprise communication networks.
• Develop technical standards for network infrastructure.
• Architect scalable voice, data, and wireless network solutions.
• Provide technical consultation for complex infrastructure initiatives.

Configuration & Implementation

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances.
• Implement VPN solutions and secure remote connectivity.
• Deploy intrusion prevention and network monitoring systems.
• Support interface applications and network integrations.

Security & Compliance

• Manage network security disciplines including:

• Firewalls
• VPN (Virtual Private Networks)
• IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems)

• Oversee centralized management systems for:

• Patch distribution
• System updates
• Log analysis
• Security reporting

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security standards.

Operations & Support

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support enterprise network availability and performance.
• Monitor and optimize network traffic and security posture.
• Participate in change management and system upgrades.

Do you have experience in VPN management?, * 10+ years of experience in network and systems engineering.

• Proven experience in enterprise network design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following:

• Voice networks
• Data networks
• Wireless services
• Network security

• Experience with:

• Firewalls
• VPN technologies
• Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
• Log management and centralized update systems

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
