Requirements
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst with at least 1 year of IT Service Desk or Call Center experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service., * IT Service Desk experience: 1+ year in IT Service Desk or Call Center
- Ticketing software: 1 year of call tracking/ticketing system use
- Attention to detail: Ability to follow documentation and troubleshoot resourcefully
- User support: Skilled at assisting non-technical users with hardware/software issues
- Communication skills: Above-average telephone manner and clear communication
- Active Directory: Basic user and security group administration
- Windows & Office 365: Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 365
- Office 365 troubleshooting: Experience with permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, * 2-year Associate's degree or equivalent technical study

Work Schedule
- Standard weekday schedule
- Quarterly Saturday shift: 8 AM - 12 PM (with 2 weeks' notice)
