Marching Band: Front Ensemble Technician

The Upper Dublin Marching Cardinals have an opening for a Front Ensemble Technician. This position will be in charge of leading ensemble sectional rehearsals and troubleshooting section issues during full ensemble rehearsals. Front Ensemble members would report to this person first. Duties would include leading sectionals, being on the field during full ensemble, and other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma
• Performance experience in marching ensembles (marching band, drum corps, indoor percussion)

• Tuesday/Thursday rehearsals
• Football games
• Saturday rehearsals and competitions
• Assigning parts to ensemble members
• Teaching basic playing technique
• Teaching music
• Collaborating with the marching band staff
• Maintaining a professional and educational environment for band members
