Specialist - Software Engineering

• Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java development within Java Frameworks to design develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications

• Develop robust highquality Java applications using Core Java and Java Frameworks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and quality Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability Document technical specifications and maintain clear development records Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and integrate relevant advancements into projects Ensure application security and compliance with coding standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement Javabased applications and services Collaborate with teams to define design and ship new features Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge Provide L3 support and assist in deployment activities Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvements Work effectively in Agile environments participating in sprint planning and reviews Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tools Participate actively in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisionmaking
