Access Communications Group (ACG) is seeking a Senior / Manager - Telecom Estimating & Project Management to lead the area of Estimating and PM for Federal (CUI) and Government contracts including IDIQ's.

Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, Access Communications Group (ACG) is seeking a SENIOR-LEVEL LEADER TO OWN TELECOM ESTIMATING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTacross federal /government and mission-critical programs.
This position combines technical telecom expertise, federal contracting knowledge, and modern estimating tools to drive win rates, accuracy, and profitable execution., * No Federal Contracting Experience
- No Low-Voltage Design Expertise
- Must Be Advance Level on Excel
· 7-10+ years of experience in telecom / low-voltage estimating and project management
· Extensive federal construction and IDIQ contract experience
· Hands-on experience with fiber optics, OSP, underground conduit, and SCIF environments
· Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, or related)
· Certifications preferred: BICSI (RCDD), AXIS, Extron
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, RSMeans, and Microsoft Visio, Our projects include advanced system design, and project execution for complex telecom, low-voltage, fire alarm, and building automation programs. This role drives data-driven estimating and delivery using advanced Excel, historical project data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase accuracy and competitiveness.
This is a high expectation, structured, fast paced environment where accuracy, discipline, and follow through are nonnegotiable. The use of latest software and technology like RS Means, Bluebeam, Reedit, Visio, MS Project, Power automate, Python, Excel, Odoo, power as well as ACG's internal quality standards.
What You Will Do
· People management and team leadership
· Telecom, low-voltage, fiber optic, fire alarm, and building controls (BMS/BAS) vetting and estimating
· Use of RSMeans and historical cost data integrated with AI for estimating accuracy
· System design and documentation using Microsoft Visio
· Outside Plant (OSP) and underground conduit pathway planning
· SCIF and secure facility technology coordination
· Project management from award through closeout
Design, Data & Technology
· Advanced Excel (expert level) for cost models, analytics, dashboards, and reporting
· Integration of historical project data with AI tools to produce more accurate estimates
· Microsoft Visio for layouts, diagrams, and system architecture
Skills
Tech-savvy, AI tools, MS365
Strong organizational discipline and documentation habits.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume bid environment.
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
