Job description

Define and guarantee the technical architecture of omnichannel Loyalty and Promotion solutions (Digital and Retail) within Sephora's IT ecosystem, including GDPR communication management.Ensure the quality of deliverables from delivery teams, adhering to planning, technical-functional specifications, and security constraints.Provide technical support to CRM Product, Testing Factory, Governance, and Business teams.Ensure the technical performance and migration of loyalty data to our Maxxing platform.Establish and monitor the capacity plan in line with the Sephora roadmap and estimated workloads.Manage the budget for your scope and ensure its compliance.Oversee the monitoring of Maxxing's performance in Digital and Retail contexts.Contribute to discovery phases and high-level estimation for new initiatives.Manage the relationship with the Maxxing publisher, challenging their roadmap and support quality.Conduct active technological watch and promote innovative solutions.Supervise the deployment of the loyalty component for "run" with Digital Ops teams and the L3 Product setup.Guarantee the application of development best practices, security policy, as well as the performance and exploitability of systems.Ensure necessary technical documentation is created (a priori and a posteriori).Be responsible for the automation of technical processes (high-frequency releases, automated code quality tests, automated unit tests).Participate in recruitment and team casting to anticipate ramp-up needs.Relay best practices to development teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAFe?, * Have experience in managing loyalty program transformation projects.

  • Possess technical, loyalty, and promotional expertise.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, and a proactive approach.
  • Excel at leading product teams.
  • Are proficient in agile environments (SAFe).
  • Are curious and a source of proposals for technology watch and innovation activities.
  • Have professional English.
