Job description
As a Tech Lead you'll focus entirely on code quality, architectural integrity, and the successful delivery of our roadmap. You will stay hands-on by developing within your scrum squad while acting as the technical bridge between product and execution. This role allows you to stay dedicated to engineering, as all people-management responsibilities (such as career growth and 1-on-1s) are handled by our Software Development Managers.
- You act as the technical authority within the "Trio" (Product Owner, Designer, and Tech Lead), ensuring that the product roadmap is technically feasible and optimized for long-term scalability.
- Delivery & roadmap: You are responsible for the technical delivery of the team. You set priorities, manage the technical roadmap, and ensure that milestones are met.
- Architecture & strategy: You oversee the technical direction of the squad, identifying potential improvements in our solutions and leading initiatives that push our stack (both .NET and Vue.js) forward.
- Hands-on development: You lead by example. You remain actively involved in the codebase, delivering high-performing features and solving complex technical challenges alongside your team.
- Quality: You safeguard our engineering standards by conducting code reviews, ensuring that the team produces readable, maintainable, and secure code.
- Cross-functional alignment: You collaborate directly with other Tech Leads, our CTO and Software Development Managers, to align goals with the broader organizational architecture.
- Mentorship: You act as a mentor for other developers, helping them sharpen their technical skills and adopt best practices, without being responsible for their formal HR or growth cycles., * Get to Know Us: Meet us through our Talent Acquisition Team.

- Technical Interview: Prepare a technical assessment that showcases your skills and discuss your insights with our Principle Engineer and Software Architect.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Vue.js?, * At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a mastery of the .NET ecosystem (C# and SQL Server) being a big plus
- Previous experience in a lead role or as a senior developer where you were responsible for technical roadmaps and delivery.
- A solid understanding of web, SPA, and component architecture, as well as backend design patterns and database optimization.
- You are passionate about writing clear, maintainable code and utilizing industry-standard practices and testing frameworks.
- You have a strong sense of ownership over the squad's output and know how to prioritize technical tasks to meet business goals.
- Solid knowledge of web security, cross-browser compatibility, and API development (RESTful).
- You are a strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (PO/Design).
