Job description
We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Trading Executive to lead our online retail operations and drive sales growth. Working as part of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms (Magento & WooCommerce), optimising product merchandising, and enhancing conversion rates to maximise revenue., Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Manage product merchandising, including category structure, pricing, and promotions.

Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO)strategies to improve site performance.

Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Work closely with marketing, UX, and development teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Research new technology and industry best practices and coordinate with in house web developers for implementation.

Monitor competitor activity.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SEO?, Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager/Trading Manager or similar role.

Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and heatmaps.

Familiarity with Magento & WooCommerce platforms.

Solid understanding of merchandising, CRO, and digital marketing principles.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with SEO, PPC, or email marketing.

Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting., * E-commerce: 3 years (preferred)
