Job description

Providing technical support to business and residential Clients

Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, and general IT issues

Managing Microsoft 365 users, licences, and security settings

Providing onsite IT support to customer locations

Answering support calls and responding to support tickets

Diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues

Maintaining clear communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead IT Engineer to join our professional and busy IT support company based in Leeds.

This role involves working primarily from our office in LS14, with regular visits to Client sites at residential and business locations. Applicants must be able to commute to LS14 daily and hold a full UK driving licence.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong Microsoft 365 administration experience who can confidently manage and troubleshoot Microsoft cloud environments for business Clients.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (ESSENTIAL)

Experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants, including:

  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
  • User management, security policies, and licensing

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Experience supporting both Windows and Apple macOS environments

Experience using the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre

Experience with Azure / Entra ID administration

PC building, hardware diagnostics, and installation

Minimum 2 years IT support experience

Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Professional appearance and confident communication with clients

Full clean UK driving licence, * How many years of experience do you have managing Microsoft 365 tenants?

  • Do you have experience with Exchange Online administration?
  • Have you configured Microsoft 365 security or conditional access policies?
