Requirements
You will be a full-stack developer working across multiple projects, with a particular focus on third-party integrations. These projects will include our new version of our Policy Administration System (CRM, insurance policy management, accounting) and the Underwriting Platform. Your principal role will be helping us integrate with third party services - including payment gateways, enrichment services, etc. working to extend the functionality with new integrations and the maintenance of existing integrations under the leadership of our Tech Director.
The PAS project is well underway, led by a full time Product Manager, with the new version coming to market in 2026 . and our Underwriting Platform is well established and market leading. It is a feature-rich offering for high profile brokers, MGA's and global insurers. This is a high profile, disruptive technology within a massive, fast growing industry.
Our technology stack is the following (similar languages/experience will also be considered):
.Net Core/.Net Framework C# & VB
JavaScript/jQuery
MySQL
AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC etc.)
Azure DevOps (knowledge of git is beneficial)
In addition, we are an SME with development culture to reflect this, we're interested in the soft skills to compliment your development experience:
Object Oriented Programming, SOLID, REST API

Problem solving, * Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, with a focus on Back-End Web Development and comfortable Front-End Development and customer experience.
- Demonstratable experience with Software Development and the ability to design and maintain scalable platforms.
- Experience in SaaS in a B2B capacity, ideally at enterprise scale in regulated industries.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with insurance software or similar industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
Benefits & conditions
It's a full time role, principally office based, with some flexibility around working hours and work-from-home.
Gross salary £42,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Enrolment in pension plan, employee contributions matched to 5%.
