Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Broadacres. In this role, you will support the organisation in capitalising data through ease of access and insights to empower business leaders with high quality dashboards and analysis. You will identify areas for improvement, highlight trends, and present well-organised data to support data-based decisions.

To excel in this role, you must have significant experience in Microsoft Office, along with expertise in data management software such as Power BI, Tableau, and SSMS. Advanced SQL and Excel skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also have a collaborative approach to working with colleagues to find solutions and deliver improvements.

If you have a passion for data, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a flexible approach to work, we want to hear from you! A relevant level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is required, along with a strong understanding of GDPR and complex data management practices.
