Job description

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to join our Professional Services team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You'll lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for customers across the UK and international markets, helping organisations successfully onboard and adopt our solutions. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.

From discovery workshops and project planning through to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live, you'll play a key role in delivering a world-class customer implementation experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage multiple SaaS implementation projects from kick-off through to successful go-live, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and objectives

· Own project plans, stakeholder communication, risk management, and customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle

· Work closely with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective system configurations and solutions

· Coordinate technical implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Deliver customer training, workshops, and proactive support to drive adoption, confidence, and strong long-term relationships

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams while continuously improving implementation processes and delivery efficiency

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing technical software implementations.

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, managing multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality delivery standards

· Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

· Customer-focused mindset with experience driving successful outcomes, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting implementation challenges and identifying practical solutions

· Experience with technical implementations including system configuration, integrations, APIs, SSO, data migration, and working with customer data in Excel

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, alongside strong presentation and customer training delivery skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working with HRIS, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or Time Clocking solutions
  • Experience delivering international software implementations
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies
