Job description
An International IT support & solutions serving the automotive industry is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level IT Support pecialist - Power App Development. Your primary role will be providing day-to-day IT assistance within the company and supporting tasks related to Microsoft Power Apps., * IT Assistance: Address technical issues involving computers, software, and hardware. Respond through in-person, email, or phone support.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT problems or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintenance: Handle system updates, backups, and security checks to maintain the IT infrastructure.
- Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Microsoft Power Platform and Low-Code Apps Development: Assist in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform and Low-Code Apps application, and collaborate on enhancing app features, and design.
- AI Agent and Automation Solutions; Develop and maintain AI agents(Copolot Studio-based agents).
- Documentation: Record IT issues, solutions, and best practices, and create user guides.
- Inventory Oversight: Track IT assets, procure equipment, and manage deployment.
- Onsite Support: Provide hands-on assistance at the office or other locations when needed.
- Perform tasks requiring intermittent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 10-20 pounds, along with close and distance vision capabilities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networks; familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coding: Basic programming knowledge, particularly relevant to Microsoft Power Platform and Low-Code Apps, with a willingness to learn more.
- Low-Code: Basic knowledge in OutSystems, Mendix, AppSheet
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
- Experience: IT support experience is a bonus but not mandatory; internships or personal tech projects are valuable.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage.
