Job description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support tickets for end users and client environments
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including:
  • Exchange OnlineEntra ID (Azure AD)IntuneTeamsSharePoint Online
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Troubleshoot MFA, mail flow, Outlook, authentication, and licensing issues
  • Assist with workstation deployments and hardware replacements
  • Perform system monitoring, patching, and remediation through RMM tools
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client environments
  • Participate in project work and client infrastructure improvements
  • Provide both remote and occasional onsite support
  • Work directly with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner

Requirements

If you enjoy problem-solving, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced MSP environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and your career., * 3+ years of experience working in an MSP environment

  • Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience supporting:

Windows 10/11 Windows Server Microsoft 365 Active Directory Networking fundamentals VPN connectivity Printers and endpoint devices

  • Experience with RMM and PSA platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client issues simultaneously
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
