Job description
- Work with Test Center Manager to enforce policies, practices and procedures for the Test Center.
- Perform daily Test Center opening and closing procedures.
- Perform basic technical support related to the Testing Center.
- Understand and locate the testing requirements for each exam.
- Perform quality and security checks required by each exam client.
- Ensure any special instructions/materials, etc. for exams are followed/available.
- Check-in examinees and verify identification.
- Explain the exam process to each examinee.
- Direct examinees to assigned seat.
- Launch the exam.
- Monitor examinees while they test.
- Provide technical assistance during examination time.
- Run end of exam score reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming Test Center environment.
- Maintain Test Center supplies.
- You will be required to pass the training (quizzes) necessary to become a Certified Test Center Administrator (TCA) for multiple testing services.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, To be successful in the job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. The ability to communicate clearly in English is essential., A high School diploma or equivalent is required. You must be 19 years old.
Computer Skills:
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Any experience you have with networking will be a plus.
