Website & Interactive Media Designer

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining websites on platforms like Wix, WordPress, and other content management systems, as well as creating graphics and visual assets that align with our brand. This hybrid creative/technical role is perfect for someone who thrives in both digital design and hands-on web development., Web Design & Development

• Build, maintain, and update websites using Wix, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
• Customize templates, manage plugins, and implement best practices in SEO, UI/UX, and mobile responsiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure websites reflect current branding and messaging.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct regular site maintenance.

Graphic Design

• Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, web banners, pitch decks, and video thumbnails.
• Support the film production team with branded content and promotional visuals.
• Create prototypes and design systems using Adobe XD.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative output.

This individual works directly with design staff, fellow developers, the project manager, and the creative director. If you are highly motivated, driven, and want to work in a creative, often fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, this may be the position for you., * Proficiency in Wix, WordPress, and other CMS tools.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
• Self-motivated and organized with excellent communication skills.
• Located in Eastern Washington; must be able to attend meetings at our main office when needed.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in web design and graphic design roles.
• Background in video production, film, or creative agencies a plus.
• Experience designing for both commercial and creative projects.
