Job description
The Tosca Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise applications across ERP, web, and API platforms. The role supports Agile delivery and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (Model-Based Automation) Automate testing for web, SAP, API, desktop, and mobile applications Create and maintain reusable Tosca modules and automation components Perform functional, regression, system, and end-to-end testing Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) Analyze test results, log defects, and provide clear test reports Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Support test data preparation and environment validation Ensure adherence to TCS QA standards, best practices, and governance Technical Skills (Mandatory) Tricentis Tosca Model-Based Automation Prior experience with APPIUM mobile testing Test Automation frameworks and methodologies API testing (REST / SOAP) Database validation using SQL SDLC and STLC concepts Technical Skills (Good to Have) Salesforce testing experience AS400 Rentalman experience CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions Test management tools: qTest, Jira, ALM Exposure to performance or security testing tools Process & Methodologies Agile / Scrum DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing, Role Overview: As a Salesforce User / Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our customer's CRM systems. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Certifications (Preferred) Tricentis Tosca Certification (AS1 / AS2 or higher) Behavioral / Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
