Job description
The Franchise Business Consultant supports an assigned territory of franchise owners by providing coaching, guidance, and operational support to ensure alignment with the Swig business model. This role works closely with franchise partners to drive operational consistency, brand standards, and financial performance across their locations. The Franchise Business Consultant partners with franchise owners and internal Support Center teams to support business growth, operational excellence, and overall franchisee success.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Conduct regular in-field visits and maintain consistent communication with franchise owners within the assigned territory
- Provide coaching and consultation to franchise owners on operational performance, sales growth, and profitability goals aligned with company KPIs
- Support franchisees in maintaining compliance with Swig brand standards, operational procedures, and financial practices
- Assist franchise owners in developing and executing business plans, budgets, and performance improvement strategies
- Review financial performance with franchise partners and provide guidance on interpreting financial statements and setting annual goals
- Support franchise owners in workforce planning, staffing strategies, and ongoing team development as their businesses grow
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new franchise owners, including participation in new store openings and franchise education programs
- Address operational or compliance concerns with franchisees and provide guidance to support improvement and adherence to the franchise model
- Document field visits, performance discussions, and key communications in designated systems
- Collaborate with Support Center departments to address franchisee needs and improve overall franchise support
- Provide on-site support for franchise new store openings, including up to 10 days of assistance as needed
- Support Franchise Swig on Site (catering) initiates if needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Training & development?, * Strong knowledge of multi-unit operations, franchising, or retail business environments
- Ability to coach, influence, and build productive relationships with franchise owners and operators
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of financial statements, budgets, and key performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze operational performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a territory and travel schedule
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business software tools
- Skilled in professionalism and representing the Swig brand
