Job description

We are seeking experienced Helpdesk Support professionals for an immediate 8-week assignment supporting enterprise IT operations in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer Helpdesk calls and log incidents accurately into the ticketing system
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and first-level technical support
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
  • Monitor Helpdesk email and voicemail queues
  • Maintain asset management records and knowledgebase documentation
  • Support desktop hardware/software changes and upgrades
  • Perform basic onsite maintenance and equipment support as needed
  • Ensure timely ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
