Job description
We are seeking experienced Helpdesk Support professionals for an immediate 8-week assignment supporting enterprise IT operations in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Answer Helpdesk calls and log incidents accurately into the ticketing system
- Provide remote troubleshooting and first-level technical support
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
- Monitor Helpdesk email and voicemail queues
- Maintain asset management records and knowledgebase documentation
- Support desktop hardware/software changes and upgrades
- Perform basic onsite maintenance and equipment support as needed
- Ensure timely ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
