- Train users on processes, KPIs, dashboards, and Odoo usage.
- Analyze existing workflows across all departments and document current-state processes.
- SharePoint Flows processes
- Design and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and governance structures.
- Define KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance and adoption.
- Build reports and executive dashboards for decision-making.
- Drive adoption through follow-up, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, * AI Systems and Design
- Odoo ERP configuration and programming experience.
- Programming skills: Python, Odoo framework, XML (JavaScript a plus).
- Proficiency in web development frameworks including ASP.NET <PERSON>, Angular, React, Vue.js, and Bootstrap for creating engaging UI/UX experiences.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, (including TypeScript), AJAX, XSLT, XML, JSON for seamless user interfaces.
- Extensive experience with back-end development using ASP.NET <PERSON>, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and Java Spring Boot for building scalable server-side applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying applications in cloud environments with expertise in APIs integration and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database design principles and data management using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL databases along with T-SQL scripting for complex queries.
- Expertise in application development tools like Visual Studio IDEs (including Eclipse), UML modeling tools for system architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems including GitHub and TFS; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment processes.
- Strong debugging skills combined with knowledge of multithreading concepts to optimize application performance under concurrent loads.
Disqualifiers
- No hands-on experience with Odoo ERP in a production environment.
- No experience documenting processes or building SOPs.
- Inability to work on-site at the El Paso office.
- Weak documentation, organization, or follow-through habits.
- Resistance to structured processes, KPIs, or continuous improvement culture.
