  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with strong organizational skills
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and support administrative functions as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, * Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with excellent customer service skills

  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management and attention to detail
