Design and build scalable platforms supporting critical workplace applications under the Retirement Plan Services organization supporting millions of participants.

Drive modernization initiatives, includingUIand foundational system improvements that enable faster, safer integration and partnerships

Improve platform stability, performance, and resilience to reduce risk and deliver seamless experiences at scale

Modernize legacy components to addresshigh riskremediation and compliance whilemaintainingindustry leading standards

Leverage AI to innovate processes and outcomes for maximum efficiency and quality.
Requirements
-
Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, and client side MV* frameworks.
-
Extensive design experience to help lead/validatedesigns on new applications and major enhancements to existing applications across the portfolio.

Well versedwith unit testing patterns (TDD/BDD) and methodologies,leveragingkarma/jasmine and other frameworks.
-
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot etc.) to accelerate coding velocity, including leveraging custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to extend AI context into our proprietary internal services and modernize team workflows.

An exacting attention to detail and the talent and enthusiasm for producing highly usable and scalable web software solutions using advanced development technologies.

Proven excellent technical and business communication skills at various organizational levels.

Confidence solving problems in a dynamic customer-focused team environment that uses the newest technologies and techniques.

8+ years offront-endweb-UIdevelopment experience.

Responsive Design and Single Page Applications (SPA)expertise.

Confidence using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Web Accessibility experience.

Proficiencyin consuming RESTful services.

Knowledge of authorization frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2, SAML, JWT).

Knowledge of ContentManagemntSystems (CMS) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).

Understanding ofAgile software development principles, including experienceparticipatingin a Scrum-based delivery team.
-
Familiarity with C#/.Netand ASP.NET.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
