Serve as Task Lead, providing oversight, coordination, and direction for cybersecurity activities and deliverables

Monitor system security posture, conduct risk assessments, and support continuous monitoring and vulnerability management efforts

Prepare and maintain accreditation, authorization, and RMF documentation to support audits and compliance reviews

Manage cybersecurity policies, compliance activities, and security controls in alignment with NIST and federal standards

Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts to protect sensitive data and maintain operational security

Collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and auditors to address cybersecurity requirements and improve overall security posture
Requirements
TDI is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to support cybersecurity and RMF compliance efforts within secure government environments. Candidates must possess an active Top-Secret clearance., + Active Top-Secret clearance

9+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field required

One or more of the following certifications required: CISSP, GISP, CASP+, or equivalent certifications meeting DoD 8570.1 IAM Level III requirements

Must possess at least one industry-recognized cloud security certification from AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer)

7+ years of experience serving as an ISSO within a cleared environment

Hands-on experience with security and vulnerability management tools such as Tenable Nessus/Security Center, Splunk, IBM Guardium, HP WebInspect, NMAP, or similar technologies.
