Job description
This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware used in data center and enterprise environments. Technicians will work with servers, workstations, and electronic components to ensure equipment meets quality and operational standards.

SHIFT- 10PM - 6:300AM CST M-F, * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in computers and servers
- Replace defective components such as motherboards, memory, hard drives, and power supplies
- Perform system testing to verify proper functionality after repairs
- Install and configure hardware components and peripheral devices
- Follow technical repair procedures and quality control guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing results
- Prepare repaired systems for deployment or shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety and operational procedures within the facility
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality control?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Training or experience in computer repair, IT support, or electronics troubleshooting
- Ability to identify and replace hardware components
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and hardware architecture
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attendance and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer repair certification or technical training (Tech901, CompTIA A+, etc.)
- Previous experience repairing computers, servers, or electronic devices
- Familiarity with server hardware or data center equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work at repair benches or assembly stations
Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour
