We are seeking a highly motivated Level 2 MSP Technician with a strong background in helpdesk support, IT infrastructure, and project implementation. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless IT operations and contributing to impactful technology projects.

Helpdesk Support:
- Provide advanced Level 2 technical support to resolve escalated issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various environments.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and devices in environments like Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Infrastructure Management:
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain server environments, including virtualized systems.
- Conduct regular network performance monitoring, updates, and proactive troubleshooting.
- Ensure the health and security of firewalls, routers, switches, and other critical infrastructure components.
Project Work:
- Assist with IT project planning and execution, such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and network deployments.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Create thorough project documentation and deliverables for ongoing client support.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Document all work performed in the company's ticketing and documentation systems.
- Maintain compliance with industry best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in after-hours support as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of experience in an MSP or similar IT support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory, Azure.
- Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches (configuration and troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience with IT project implementation, such as server migrations and network upgrades.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365, Azure, CCNA, VMware).
- Experience with RMM tools and PSA systems.
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and integrations., There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Must be able to lift 40 pounds comfortably.
