Power Platform Architect

Power Platform Architect The Certified Power Platform Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and architectural direction for large scale enterprise Power Platform implementations, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements. The role drives the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of Power Platform capabilities across complex environments while mentoring delivery teams and enabling successful adoption at scale.

Own the end to end solution architecture for enterprise Power Platform implementations, translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and well governed technical designs in line with PL 600 responsibilities.

Power Platform Architecture & Delivery

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise scale Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) in complex environments.

• Demonstrated leadership of large Power Platform rollouts supporting 20,000+ users. Strategy, Governance & Compliance

• Strong hands on experience defining, implementing, and maturing Power Platform strategy and governance frameworks.

• In depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory controls relevant to enterprise and regulated organisations. Technical Design & Development Oversight

• Advanced understanding of solution design patterns, integrations, ALM, and DevOps practices for Power Platform.

• Ability to provide technical assurance and act as an escalation point for complex architectural and delivery challenges. Functional Consulting Capability

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Power Platform solutions, ensuring usability, scalability, and business value. Leadership & Mentoring

• Proven experience leading and mentoring consultants and junior consultants through technical and delivery challenges in a project or programme context. Delivery Methodologies

• Strong experience leading delivery using Agile and Kanban methodologies within enterprise programmes. Documentation & Tools

• Experience producing high level and low level design documentation, architecture artefacts, and standards using tools such as Confluence and Jira. Stakeholder Engagement

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, programme leadership, and business stakeholders to influence decisions and drive delivery outcomes.

Experience required/Must Have:

• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600).
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer (PL 400).
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL 200).
• Deep enterprise level knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and associated architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for Power Platform in enterprise environments.
• Ability to operate as a senior technical escalation point and influence architectural decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven capability to lead delivery teams and drive high quality outcomes in complex environments.
