Enterprise Architect

London/Bristol/Edinburgh

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead cloud and data architecture initiatives across enterprise platforms. The role involves defining architecture strategy, driving cloud modernisation, and enabling scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise cloud and data architecture roadmaps
  • Design cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP
  • Drive cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies
  • Lead data architecture initiatives including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Mesh
  • Establish architecture governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Promote innovation, scalability, and cost optimisation

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Enterprise/Cloud/Data Architecture
  • Expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance
  • Proven ability to define enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps
