Job description
As an Application Processor, you'll play a key role in evaluating rental applications and supporting prospective tenants through the leasing process:
- Verify, compile, and input applicant data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Review applications for completeness, compliance, and potential discrepancies
- Conduct credit and background screenings to assess applicant qualifications
- Communicate professionally with applicants, employers, banks, and references
- Coordinate with pet screening services and rental reference providers
- Assist with scheduling property showings and applicant follow-ups
- Maintain consistent communication in a high-volume, fast-paced workflow
- Document detailed notes and updates in internal software systems
- Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to evaluate applicant eligibility
- Support applicants throughout the application process with excellent customer service

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- Real estate license (a plus, but not required)
