Job description

Cole USA is seeking a Software & EDI Integration Developer who aligns with our core values and enjoys working in a collaborative work environment with a team of industry experts. This individual will have a strong working knowledge of developing and maintaining EDI Integrations, SQL, and web development. The ideal candidate will take ownership in designing and executing technical solutions to enhance Cole USA's Customs Brokerage services.

In partnership with Cole USA's leadership team, this individual will provide systematic solutions and play an instrumental role in enhancing the company's workflow, integration, and automation solutions. If you are a forward thinker, have a knack for identifying issues before they arise, and can develop options to implement solutions, this is the role for you., * Help identify and remove technical obstacles and assist in creating and implementing automation technology solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software & EDI Integration Developing, or Information Systems
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, * Considers all aspects of design and development, and implementation, including but not limited to usability, simplicity, reliability, uptime, performance, scalability, maintainability, and testing.
  • Good technical communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to implement new features without fully detailed technical specifications.
  • Comfortable with developing new features from scratch.
  • Self-directed team member, highly collaborative with team and comfortable working with product management, stakeholders, and other end users.
  • Ability to develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable solutions with unit tests.
