As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the global HQ design strategy for the Prisma Browser, serving as the high-level orchestrator of our core user experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade security and intuitive, consumer-facing design, overseeing both the high-performance end-user browser and the comprehensive admin management platforms.
In this pivotal role, you will navigate a complex stakeholder matrix to synchronize UX vision across four product leaders and our Tel Aviv-based design partners. We are looking for a design lead who balances exceptional visual craft with deep product thinking to harmonize multiple systems into a unified, world-class experience.
Your Impact
- Design seamless Chromium-based end-user experiences while simultaneously architecting powerful, scalable management tools for administrators.
- Champion executive reviews, using storytelling and influence to align senior stakeholders on the broader product vision.
- Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive designs.
- Lead the design culture by utilizing advanced Figma prototyping and animation to create "North Star" concepts that feel like live products.
- Lead and collaborate with UX researchers on explorative and evaluative studies to enrich the product experience.
- Contribute to a design system and maintain high-quality UX standards, ensuring dashboard consistency across all product areas.
- Conduct product audits to ensure compliance with UX and Design System best practices.
- Push limits and consistently aim for better design solutions that balance technical complexity with aesthetic simplicity.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the design team.
Requirements
- Advocate for users through deep empathy and user-centered design methodologies.
- Create complex and high-density web dashboards that are accessible, actionable, and optimized for browser environments.
- an extraordinary aesthetic sense while maintaining a sharp eye for fine detail.
- Distill complex business needs into elegant and persuasive designs ready for leadership presentations.
- Translate "North Star" design concepts into practical and iterative sprints within fast-paced environments.
- Use strong Figma foundations while being ready to pick up advanced prototyping, motion, and AI-assisted tools.
- Partner effectively with UI teams by maintaining a working knowledge of modern web technologies.
- Solve systemic issues with a willingness to fail fast, learn, and continuously improve through feedback.
- Provide and welcome candid, constructive feedback with humility and professional maturity.
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience with a portfolio focused on high-fidelity web products and data-heavy interfaces.
- Utilize or show an interest in learning emerging tools like Pendo and AI-driven platforms such as Polymet or Lovable.
Benefits & conditions
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
