Job description: Key Responsibilities: Define and lead AI solution architecture for Contact Center transformation. Design and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, Conversational AI, summarization, and workflow automation . Collaborate with Cloud, ML, and CRM teams for seamless integration. Conduct research and prototype new AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy standards. Monitor AI system performance and optimize models based on KPIs. Train and mentor teams on AI technologies and communicate complex AI concepts effectively.
Requirements
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (Data Science specialization preferred), or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect in enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise in LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI / Google Google Cloud Platform AI) . Strong knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and software architecture . Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Healthcare domain experience. Experience with Claude-based AI or other enterprise-grade LLMs
