Job description
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day technology operations across the organization, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This role manages day-to-day IT support, infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, vendor relationships, and strategic technology initiatives across corporate and franchise locations.
The IT Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and support the company's growth through reliable and innovative technology solutions., * Oversee daily IT operations, including helpdesk, endpoint management, and user support
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain SLAs
- Ensure timely device
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for all employees and franchise users
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Manage endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, mobile via Intune)
- Maintain hardware
- Maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
Security & Compliance

Enforce security policies including MFA and conditional access

Monitor for threats and respond to incidents

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Conduct periodic audits of user access and systems

Assist IT Leadership with annual audits
Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage vendor relationships
- Oversee purchasing and lifecycle of IT assets
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
Travel & Off-Site Work
- This position requires up to 10% non-local travel annually
- This position may require traveling to multiple locations
Franchise & Multi-Location Support
- Support IT across multiple locations
- Standardize systems and security
- Assist non-technical stakeholders
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor IT staff
- Assign tasks and track performance

Requirements

3-7+ years of IT experience

Strong Microsoft 365 experience

Experience in Physical Device Management

Remote Endpoint management (Intune, N-Able, or Similar)

Networking fundamentals

Experience with ticketing systems

Able to lift objects up to ~50lbs

Active Drivers License

Reliable Transportation
