Shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while shaping what's next for your engineering career., As an Application Developer, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our CNIC N6 IT Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC).
- The Application Developer provides development, troubleshooting, and enhancement support for CNIC's enterprise applications. This role supports .NET, BI, ETL, and SharePoint solutions, resolves Tier II/III issues, and assists with platform updates and modernization activities.
- Support O&M development activities for CNIC applications across N-Codes.
- Perform .NET, BI, ETL, and SharePoint development for routine and ad-hoc requests.
- Provide Tier II/III troubleshooting for EIM and G2 applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy bug fixes and enhancements for G2-hosted applications.
- Support Facts & Figures and CNO 5x8 reporting enhancements.
- Participate in QA/PROD deployments.
- Support G2 platform initiatives including server upgrades, rollover projects, SPO migration support, and JBAB/Saratoga alignment.
- Maintain documentation for changes, updates, and releases.
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. Our Application Developer must have:
- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance.
- Required Experience:
- 8+ years of application development experience
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- ETL or BI components
- SharePoint development or configuration
- Application troubleshooting and Tier II/III support
- QA/PROD deployments
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
- Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree
- Location: Remote
- US Citizenship required

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
