Job description
We are seeking a reliable Technician with experience in MSP and/or school environments. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting end users with IT-related needs., * Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems while onsite
- Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, and basic network issues
- Support and administer Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic security tasks
- Document issues and resolutions clearly
Requirements
Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's in IT is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience in an MSP and/or educational environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Office 365
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
- Experience with remote support tools and systems.
