• Collaborate with experienced professionals on real-time initiatives and improvement projects
• Learn core processes including service dispatch, vendor management, support, lean, safety, training, HR, customer engagement, and production planning
• Support process documentation, data analysis, standard work creation, and performance improvement efforts
• Present insights and recommendations to rotation leaders and executive sponsors

Who you are

You're a motivated, adaptable, and curious learner who is ready to build a career that blends strategic thinking, operational execution, and customer impact. You enjoy working with others, learning new concepts quickly, and contributing in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• Graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
