Job description
- Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless) across locations
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot network issues impacting operations
- Implement and manage security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents
- Support secure remote access and user access controls
- Assist with system integrations, backups, and disaster recovery
Requirements
- 2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments
- Experience in multi-site or distribution environments preferred
- Local residents only, as this position is onsite
Preferred
- Certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of ERP or warehouse systems
