Job description

WIZE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer to take full technical ownership of a government contracting automation platform used to streamline federal task order processing for DOJ agencies including ATF, DEA, FBI, MLARS, EOUSA, and USMS.

The platform is currently a fully functional prototype. In this role, you will review the existing architecture and codebase, lead the production rollout, and become the long-term technical owner responsible for scaling the solution across additional federal agencies. This is a hands-on engineering role with significant autonomy and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

Platform Review and Production Implementation

  • Review the full prototype, including architecture, codebase, data models, and integrations
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvements required for production readiness
  • Lead production implementation across AWS infrastructure, Microsoft Dataverse, Mosaic CRM sync, and the government-facing portal
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
  • Coordinate environment promotion and release activities with leadership and stakeholders

Ongoing Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the primary technical owner once the platform is in production
  • Maintain all platform components including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and CloudFront portal, Dataverse schema, Mosaic CRM sync, and Power Automate flows
  • Manage Dataverse schema including tables, columns, option sets, and relationships in alignment with governance standards
  • Oversee Cognito user pool and API Gateway configuration
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for all features, changes, and deployments

Platform Scaling and Replication

  • Lead expansion to additional federal agencies and contract vehicles
  • Develop a repeatable, parameterized deployment model for onboarding new agencies
  • Build agency-specific configuration layers such as contract vehicles, labor categories, rate structures, and identifiers on top of a shared core platform
  • Collaborate with program management and business development to scope and deliver new deployments
  • Produce deployment documentation and onboarding playbooks

Required Technical Skills

Cloud and Infrastructure

  • Python 3.12 or higher with production-level proficiency
  • AWS Lambda for serverless development and debugging
  • AWS API Gateway (HTTP API v2)
  • AWS S3 and CloudFront for static hosting and caching
  • AWS Cognito for authentication and user management
  • AWS CloudWatch for logging and diagnostics

Microsoft Platform

  • Microsoft Dataverse OData API including entity creation, schema management, filtering, and lookup binding
  • Dynamics 365 or CRM integration experience
  • Microsoft Power Automate for flow maintenance and troubleshooting

Integration and Development

  • REST API design and multi-system integration
  • HTML and JavaScript for portal development and maintenance
  • Strong environment governance practices with clear separation of development and production

About the Platform

This solution automates the full lifecycle of federal task order processing from government portal intake through COR approval, burn rate tracking, subcontractor coordination, and downstream CRM synchronization. The platform reduces processing time from hours to under 20 seconds.

The platform is built on five integrated layers:

  • Government Portal using HTML and JavaScript hosted on CloudFront and S3
  • API Layer using AWS API Gateway
  • Business Logic using AWS Lambda with Python
  • System of Record using Microsoft Dataverse
  • CRM Integration with Mosaic CRM and Dynamics 365

Full architecture documentation, codebase, and handoff materials will be provided during onboarding.

  • AWS Lambda: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: 3 years (Required)
  • Dataverse OData API: 2 years (Required)
