Job description
This role focuses on advanced engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra solutions within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable identity and access solutions while serving as a technical mentor and escalation point for complex issues., * Design, implement, and support enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) environments.
- Lead infrastructure design reviews and contribute to architecture standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and support procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners when needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical work, documentation, and proposed changes.
- Ensure alignment with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously improve existing environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure design, or architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory engineering (on-prem and hybrid environments).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
- Advanced troubleshooting and production support experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with hybrid identity and modern authentication technologies.
- Knowledge of server/client architecture and virtual environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
