Job description

・Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to modernize existing processes, moving away from traditional, high-touch dependency to efficient, data-driven approaches.

・Identify and cultivate new business opportunities utilizing digital tools, inside sales techniques, and CRM data, rather than relying solely on physical visits.

・Optimize CRM usage to track pipeline performance and analyze customer data for smarter decision-making and forecasting.

・Analyze market trends in the medical and high-tech sectors to identify untapped opportunities and present technical solutions that align with customer needs.

・Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback from the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of the North American business model.

・AI Initiative: Leverage AI tools and AI agents to improve internal workflow efficiency and simplify customer interactions (e.g., lead research, proposal drafting, CRM updates, and customer communication automation).

Requirements

・Bachelor's degree: in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).

・Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic planning.

・Tech/SaaS/Startup experience is a BIG PLUS: Experience working in the technology sector or high-growth startup environments is highly desirable.

Note: Injection molding / Plastics background is NOT required.

・Tech/Startup Mindset: A strong interest in modernizing traditional industries. We value candidates who can bring fresh ideas and "Silicon Valley-style" efficiency to the team.

・Comfortable with Technology: Proficiency in modern software (CRM tools like Salesforce, collaboration apps like Slack/Zoom) is essential.
